Items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days from an order being received.
Items that do not suit your requirements, including but not limited to, items that do not fit, not suitable, wrong item selected, incorrect size selection can be returned, but customers are required to pay the cost of return.
Items returned must be unworn and unwashed. Underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed. Shoes must be tried on indoors and show no signs of wear. All goods will be inspected upon return.
We will refund the price you paid for the items after taking into account any discounts or promotions applied. The refund will not include any delivery charges you have paid.
Pack your item(s) securely in suitable packaging material (packages/packets may be rejected if they are returned damaged due to unsecure packaging). All items within the package should be returned in their original packaging with labels/tags intact - except for items where packaging or labels were not provided. Parcels must be sent back by post only to the address shown below. We do not accept returns in person at our distribution centres.
We will process your refund without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (if earlier), 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods. Refunds are issued back to your original form of payment or, at your request, in the form of a Fabify credit.
