FAQs is a fashion shopping site dedicated to saving you money. We access large quantities of excess inventory from global fashion brands, and make it available on at huge discounts to the original retail price.

How is that possible?

Global fashion brands always have excess inventory. Around 4-10% of everything they take in ends up as overstock. Every season they need to exit millions of units of stock without harming the brand or cannibalising their full price sales. Big brands give us privilaged access to their excess inventory, but with one important condition, we can never ever mention their brand name on our site. Our customers make their selections after viewing the pictures shown, safe in the knowledge that whatever they order will always be a well known branded fashion item. Opening the bag and discovering the brand is part of the fun.

What else do I need to know? 

We upload new stock every day, but be quick stock sells out very fast. When its gone its gone, and usually it never comes back on site again. Don't miss out, best sellers can sell out in minutes. The only consolation is we'll be uploading more great stock tomorrow.

How long does shipping take? 

Depending on shipping address country, your order usually arrives within 3-5 days

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is charged according to the weight of your parcel. Up to 2 kilos, 2-3 kilos, 3-4 kilos etc etc. We don't make a profit on shipping, as we charge you the same as the price charged to us by the courier company

Where does my order ship from? 

From one of our warehouses located in Europe

Can I track my order? 

No. Our product prices are super-low, and we try to keep shipping costs as low as possible as well. Nobody wants to buy a great dress for €5, and pay the same amount again in shipping charges. Parcel tracking increases shipping costs, especially across international borders, and because we know parcels arrive within 3-5 days of order, we don't provide tracking as an option

How do I change my shipping address? 

If you email our Customer Support team at [email protected] within 8-hours of placing your order (please make sure to include your name and order number), we can change the shipping address location. After that it is more difficult, but not necessarily impossible. Simply email our Customer Support team, and we'll try to help out

Customs and Import Duties

Please note, our charges don’t include any customs or import duties which may be applied to your order by the relevant authorities. We have no control of these and it is your separate responsibility to pay for them. We recommend that you check with your local customs office in advance.

Can I return a product?

Yes, items may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from an order being received. There is a maximum of 30 days from the date the parcel was received for customers to identify any faulty items and contact us by email at [email protected]

How do I return a product?

Pack your item(s) securely in suitable packaging material (packages/packets may be rejected if they are returned damaged due to unsecure packaging). All items within the package should be returned in their original packaging with labels/tags intact - except for items where packaging or labels were not provided. Parcels must be sent back by post only to the address shown in our Returns Policy

Who pays for the cost of the return?

Customers are required to pay the cost of returns if they do not suit their requirements, and this includes items that do not fit, not suitable, wrong item selected, incorrect sizing. Refunds made for damaged, missing, wrong items will include the cost of return, and can include part of the original shipping charge. In both case please email us at [email protected] to arrange collection of the returned item(s).

Can I exchange an item?

Items sell out very quickly on site so unfortunately, we are unable to offer item exchanges

How do I cancel my order?

You have up to 8-hours from the time of purchase to email our Customer Support team at [email protected] to inform them you wish to cancel your order. Please make sure to include your name and order number, and we'll get back to you, and confirm your order has been cancelled

How will I receive my refund?

Unless you have paid Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued back to your original form of payment or in the form of a Fabify credit. In cases where the Cash on Delivery payment method has been used, and you do not wish to receive a Fabify credit, you will need to provide us with details of valid bank account held in your name to which we can send your refund payment

Do I need to use the filters?

Yes, using the size filter in particular will greatly improve your shopping experience. When big brands share their overstock with us, there is no guarantee styles will always be available in all of the sizes. Stock sells out fast, and viewing great items that are no longer available in your size can be a frusatrating experience. Using filters to pre-select size, means the site only displays products matching the chosen criteria, and ensures items viewed are available to buy in the selected size(s)

What else can I do with filters?

Looking for a black dress? Then filtering by colour should improve the shopping experience. Not sure if you want a dress in black or blue? Select multiple filters to only display the colour styles you are interested in

Is that it for filters?

Right now yes, but watch out for a filter upgrade coming soon. You already know Fabify is dedicated to saving you money on global fashion brands, and that we offer a great range of discounts all the way down to 100% discount and just pay the shipping. What payment methods does Fabify accept?

We currently offer three different payment methods, but options may vary depending on country of order. Credit/debit card is available in all countries, and this is supplemented by either Cash on Delivery, or Paypal depending on the preferred payment method in your country

What currency does Fabify sell in?

Fabify displays in the local language and prices in the local currency in each of the countries we operate in. Checkout is always available in your local currency

Does Fabify charge for customs, taxes, VAT, or any other extra fees?

The only tax charged by Fabify is VAT at the local rate, and is included in the price displayed. Customs: we recommend that you contact your local customs office if you have any doubts or questions about whether or not your item will be permitted into your country. Other than shipping charged at cost, there are no taxes or other fees charged

What is a promo code?  How does it work?

Promo codes are issued from time to time, and these allow you to save even more on your order. To redeem a promo code, please enter the required code details as part of the checkout process

How are strike through prices and percentage discounts listed on Fabify calculated?

Brands provide original prices which make up the strike-through price. Percentage discount is calculated based on the difference between the Fabify selling price, and the strike-through price

Why did the price change?

Fabify operates a dynamic pricing model whereby prices are amended at regular intervals to ensure a rapid sell-out rate. Prices can be discounted right down to 100% off, just pay shipping, although this is a relatively rare occurance given items sell out fast, normally before we get a chance to offer discounts at this level

How do I get help with my order?

Why didn't my order go through?

If your order didn't go through, it may be possible that your payment was declined. This can be for a variety of reasons including, the card has expired, the account has insufficient funds, incorrect details, or the card was reported lost or stolen

Why is my order history empty?

If your order history is empty, it could be possible that you've created or logged into a different Fabify account. If you do not see your purchases in your order history, please make sure you are logged into the correct account

Where can I find an invoice for my order?

You can find your order invoice in your Order History. This page as well as the confirmation email you received can be used as an invoice for your records. Please note, Fabify is unable to attach an invoice to the outside of your package for customs purposes

How can I create an account?

You can create an account on Fabify by using your email address, Facebook or Google+ account. Simply visit to create an account, and start shopping

How do I change the email address associated with my account?

Go to "My Account/Account Settings", and follow these steps. Update your email address in the text box next to "Email". Once you've clicked  "Save Changes", a confirmation email will be sent to your new email address

How do I change my password?

Go to "My Account/Account Settings", and follow these steps. Enter your old and new password in the boxes next to "Password". Click  "Save Changes", and your new password will be activated

"What if I forget my password?

Select "Already Registered" on the login form. Click "Forgot password" by the green "Sign In" button. Enter the email address associated with your account, and click "Submit". You will receive a confirmation email to reset your password

How do I change my phone number?

Go to "My Account/Account Settings" and follow these steps. Enter your new telephone number in the text box next to "Phone Number". Once you've clicked  "Save Changes", a confirmation email will be sent confirming your account has been updated with the new phone umber  "

What should I do if I think my account is compromised?

If you think your account is compromised please email our specialised Customer Support team at [email protected]

How do I deactivate my Fabify account?

You can deactivate your account by going to "My Account/Account Settings".Scroll to the bottom of the Account Settings page, simply click on Deactivate Account, and it's done
